All Young Athlete Needs to Strength & Condition to Compete in Their Sport. Learning a Sports Technique & Endurance Will Only Get Them So Far. The Next Step Is To Improve Strength, Power & Speed.

But each Child is Different. They Grow at Different Rates and As Your Child Grows, They Need To Adapt To a New Body - Longer Limbs, Longer Muscles, Less Than Ideal Posture as a Consequence, They Are Less Coordinated and Can Pick Up Niggling Injuries Along The Way.

At EPT, We Have Trained over 1,000 Pre-Teens & Teens Since 2010 Coaching Technique To Improve Performance & Reducing Injury.

Semester Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

Intelligent Movement

Reduce Injuries

Physically Dominate in Sport.

10-16 yrs old. Ideal for Teens after puberty.

Ideally Train 1-2/week

6 days a week

Individual Program & Group Fitness Games

6 month commitment

Focus on Power, Speed, Strength, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, Endurance, Coordination

PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

  1. Movement, Strength & Stability Training Session (50 minutes)

  2. Speed, Agility & Fitness Training Session (50 minutes)

  3. Healthy Snack & Drink

  4. Stretching & Mobility

Athletes are built in the off season

HOLIDAY Strength & Conditioning CAMP

Starts 15th June - 30th August, 2024

Have your Teen Strength & Condition as an Elite Athlete taking their physical ability to the next level in their sport. 

Depending on each Students experience, goals & workload. They can train 2-6 days per week. 

PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

  1. Movement, Strength & Stability Training Session (50 minutes)

  2. Speed, Agility & Fitness Training Session (50 minutes)

  3. Healthy snack & drink (20 minute break between both sessions)

  4. NOTE: Includes Stretching & mobility.
