This summer, keep your child active and cool with EPT’s Youth Summer Camp — focused on strength, conditioning, and fun for kids and teens aged 10-16. Our expert coaches guide participants through engaging, age-appropriate workouts that build athleticism, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits — all while staying comfortably out of the summer heat!

Program Overview
Join us this summer, from June 30 – August 30, for our Youth Summer Camp designed to help your teen get stronger, faster, and train safely.
Perfect for ages 10-16, our program promises a holiday packed with skillful training led by experts and plenty of opportunities for personal growth.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Frequency: Recommended 2-3 times per week for optimal results.
