EPT’s Youth Semester Program is tailored to the specific needs of young athletes. Our expert trainers understand the importance of safe, effective training techniques that prevent injuries and build a solid foundation for long-term athletic success.

Program Overview

Join us from 3rd February – 5th April, for our Youth Holiday Camp designed to help your teen get stronger, faster, and train safely.

Perfect for ages 10-16, our semester program focuses on 8 key areas of performance development: Coordination/Technique, Power, Speed, Agility, Strength, Balance, and Endurance.

  • Duration: 60 minutes per session.
  • Frequency: Recommended 2-3 times per week for optimal results.

Build Strength, Prevent Injuries, and Ignite Confidence

Our Programme for ages 10-16 focuses on safe weight training, incorporating bodyweight exercises and resistance training to build strength and improve posture. Additionally, it features engaging cardio workouts that enhance speed, endurance, agility, balance and coordination. Join us for a comprehensive fitness experience that enhances their sport, promotes overall health and confidence in themselves.
