Program Overview
Join us this holiday, from 14th December to 4th January, for our Youth Holiday Camp designed to help your teen get stronger, faster, and train safely.
Perfect for ages 10-16, our program promises a holiday packed with skillful training led by experts and plenty of opportunities for personal growth.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Frequency: Recommended 2-3 times per week for optimal results.
- Period: December 2024
- Standard Package: Enjoy three x 1-hour sessions for a week at just $1,050.
- Upgraded Package: Elevate your experience with three 2-hour sessions weekly, available for only $1,650.
Holiday Camp Program
Our youth holiday camp offers
Our Programme for ages 10-16 focuses on safe weight training, incorporating bodyweight exercises and resistance training to build strength and improve posture. Additionally, it features engaging cardio workouts that enhance speed, endurance, agility, balance and coordination. Join us for a comprehensive fitness experience that enhances their sport, promotes overall health and confidence in themselves.
