I went to EPT after getting a knee injury from training at UP. From the start Yunes understood my goals and needs and created a programme so I could still meet my fitness goals as well as rehabilitate my knee. After only 2 months I went from not being able to walk upstairs to lifting the weight I was before. Yunes’s approach to training is a lot kinder to joints but still a tough workout. It goes beyond just using machines but looks at mobility work as well.

Nate is dedicated to helping clients become stronger, leaner, and more energized through tailored movement techniques and lifestyle strategies.

I am a dedicated individual who has been practicing yoga since the age of 6, nurturing a deep passion for physical and mental well-being. Alongside yoga, I have excelled in sports, particularly basketball and soccer. I have proudly represented my school as a team player in both disciplines. Notably, I achieved the remarkable feat of becoming a player for the state-level Under 16 Soccer team, showcasing my skills and commitment to the sport. Currently, I hold the prestigious position of Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from NASM, a testament to my expertise in guiding others towards their fitness goals.

I owe much of my knowledge and training to the esteemed Nathan Master Trainer at Check University (founder of Elite Personal Training)

Etienne is an Osteopath from France. Based in London from 2014 until 2018, he graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in the United Kingdom. He accumulated wide experience while in the UK through private clinics as well as sport, pediatric clinics and public hospitals. A multi-educational process with internships in France allowed him to integrate a certain diversity in his treatment approaches, adapting specifically to the patient’s needs.
